A farmer is a multipurpose intrepreneur ,he produces multiple crops that sells
in the market BUT problem lies where he is unable to sell his 60-75% crop as it is agricultural residue. Apart from the govt. low suport this adds to burden of farmers.No subsidies from govt can be of much help to pety farmers unless planning is done.
This agricultural waste can be used as a source of fuel as adopted my many countries including US.This money can provide farmers with a relif of about 2500 rupees per acre ,plus can provide a reneuable source of energy.
Energy can be provided from Pyrolysis oil,ethanol,boigas produced from it.India can alone produce 80000mw of energy all around year due to this waste*,this amounts to 60% of energy capacity of india till now.This wonderful step can solve both problems of power and poverty in farmers.
